  • Do you deliver?

    Yes, we offer delivery and installation services for all our playground equipment. Our team ensures that your purchase is set up correctly and safely at your desired location.
  • Do you service existing equipment?

    We provide maintenance and repair services for playground equipment, regardless of where it was purchased. Our experienced technicians can address issues with various types of playground structures.
  • How do consultations work?

    Our consultation process is tailored to meet your specific needs. We offer both in-store and on-site consultations (if needed), including visits to your home or property, to ensure we fully understand your requirements and provide the best possible solutions.

  • What kind of wood do you use and why do you recommend it?

    We use 100% natural premium cedar which splinters less than pine and other woods. It is very durable and holds up well to the weather and elements.  It is the most decay and insect resistant and perfect for playground sets!

  • Is any advance ground leveling or site preparation necessary prior to the installation of a playset?

    In most cases, no site preparation is necessary.  If you have any questions we are happy to do a site assessment.

  • Are there warranties on Swingset Solutions playsets?

  • Can I start with a smaller playset and add on to it later?

    Yes!  Our playsets are modular and can be added on to and/or modified in the future.  We are happy to offer our assistance and suggestions.

  • Can playground accessories be purchased separately?

    Yes!  You can always purchase individual accessories at any time as they are regularly available in our showroom.  It’s a great way to refresh your set!
